Lisa offers in-person, depth-oriented sessions integrating Introspective Breathwork® Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. Her work supports nervous system regulation, trauma integration, and embodied restoration within a contained clinical setting.

All sessions are by appointment only.

Introspective Breathwork® Therapy (IBT)

Client-led, trauma-informed breathwork designed to support emotional integration, regulation, and embodied self-trust. Sessions unfold at the pace of your nervous system — without force, catharsis, or performance.

75 minutes (allow up to 90 minutes total)

CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

Gentle, nervous system-informed bodywork supporting structural balance, release of held tension, and improved regulation. Sessions are offered fully clothed.

60 minutes

 Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Returning clients may access maintenance rates after completing 10 sessions.

Lisa periodically hosts small, in-person workshops at her Ocala office focused on embodied regulation and therapeutic presence.

Aftercare: Supporting Your Integration

After any session—whether Introspective Breathwork® or CranioSacral Therapy—it’s important to create space for integration.

Your nervous system has just done meaningful work. Here’s how to support it:

What to Expect

You may feel clear and grounded—or tender, tired, or emotionally open. Insights or sensations may continue to surface for hours or days after your session, including through dreams. This is a normal part of integration. Your body knows how to process what has shifted.

Gentle Aftercare Practices

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Rest if you feel tired or sensitive

  • Spend time in nature (barefoot if possible)

  • Take an Epsom salt bath or warm shower

  • Sip calming herbal teas (like chamomile, tulsi, or lemon balm)

  • Journal or draw what arose—emotions, images, insights

  • Sit in quiet reflection or meditation

  • Reduce overstimulation (screens, social media, crowds) if you feel raw
