Introspective Breathwork® Therapy is a client-led, trauma-informed modality designed to support emotional integration, nervous system regulation, and embodied self-trust.
Developed through years of clinical practice, this work honors the body’s pacing and intelligence. Sessions are guided by presence, consent, and careful attunement — not force or performance.
How It Differs from Other Breathwork
This is not hyperventilation.
Not cathartic release work.
Not facilitator-directed breakthrough sessions.
Introspective Breathwork® Therapy is relational and system-led.
The focus is regulation first. Integration always.
Your nervous system determines the pace.
Nothing is pushed. Nothing is extracted.

What to Expect
Sessions are 75 minutes (allow up to 90 minutes total).
You will be guided into a supported breathing rhythm while remaining aware and in communication. Throughout the session, attention is given to sensation, emotional experience, and emerging insight — all within a contained therapeutic framework.
Experiences vary. Some sessions feel quiet and subtle. Others may bring emotion, memory, or clarity to the surface. Each session unfolds uniquely.
This Work May Support
Trauma integration
Grief and life transitions
Emotional overwhelm
Chronic stress
Identity shifts and personal growth
Restoring embodied self-trust
While single sessions can be supportive, Introspective Breathwork® Therapy is most effective when experienced over time.
Many clients work with Lisa for 10–12 sessions, meeting weekly or bi-weekly, particularly when navigating significant life transitions, seeking clarity, or working with a known history of trauma.
This allows for steady regulation, integration, and the development of embodied self-trust
