Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on modality that supports regulation of the central nervous system and release of held tension patterns in the body.
Using a precise, light touch, this work helps restore structural balance, improve nervous system resilience, and support both physical and emotional recovery.
CST works with the subtle rhythms of the craniosacral system — the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.
By listening to and supporting these rhythms, restrictions in connective tissue and protective holding patterns can soften, allowing the body to reorganize toward balance and regulation.
This is not force-based bodywork.
It is collaborative, responsive, and system-led.
Sessions are offered fully clothed, with you resting comfortably on a treatment table.
Using a light touch — approximately the weight of a nickel — Lisa assesses and supports areas of restriction in the body.
Many clients experience:
• Deep relaxation
• Improved clarity
• Reduced pain or pressure
• A noticeable settling of the nervous system
Some sessions feel quiet and subtle. Others bring awareness to areas of stored tension or emotion. All responses are welcomed and paced appropriately.
Craniosacral Therapy may support:
Relief from headaches and migraines
Recovery from concussions or brain injuries
Reduction in chronic pain and tension
Relief from chronic neck, jaw, or back tension
Support with PTSD, trauma and nervous system dysregulation
Stress related symptoms
Greater clarity, balance, and resilience
