After Your 3-Month Journey...

Committing to a 10-session series creates the momentum and depth needed for lasting transformation. Many clients experience powerful shifts in the way they feel emotionally and how they respond to stress, relationships, and everyday challenges.

After completing the series, you may feel called to continue with monthly “maintenance” sessions—either privately or in a group setting—or you may find yourself needing less frequent support as you integrate the work. Returning clients receive a discounted rate on future one-to-one sessions.

Where do we meet?

All sessions take place at my private, cozy office located at:

For IBT: Do I need prior experience with breathwork?

Not at all. You don’t need to know anything about breathwork before coming to a session. I’ll guide you every step of the way and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. This work is about meeting you exactly where you are—no preparation required.

What do I need to know before my session?

When you schedule your appointment, you’ll receive more detailed information—but here are a few key things to keep in mind:

- Dress comfortably in clothes that allow you to lie down and move with ease.

- You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session.

- Avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand. A light snack is fine, but try not to arrive on a full stomach.

- Plan some integration time afterward. A walk, quiet rest, or time in nature can help you process and ground after the session.

What if I get emotional during the session?

That’s welcome here. Emotions are a natural part of the healing process, and you're in a safe space to feel whatever arises. I’ll be right there with you, offering grounded support and presence without judgment. You’re never alone in what comes up, and you’ll be guided in how to move through it gently and safely.

How will I feel afterward?

Everyone responds differently, but most people feel lighter, calmer, more connected, or clearer after a session. Some feel energized, while others may feel tender or reflective. The integration process continues even after you leave, which is why I encourage extra space for rest, reflection, or time in nature if possible.

Is our time together confidential?

Yes. Everything that takes place during our time together is completely confidential. As a licensed healthcare provider, I adhere to HIPAA standards of client confidentiality.You’re entering a space where you can be fully yourself—seen, heard, and supported without judgment or outside pressure. Your privacy is deeply respected, and your healing journey is held with care, integrity, and trust.
