Introspective Breathwork® Therapy (IBT)

CST and Soul Frequency sessions are 60 minutes and can be combined within the same package. These modalities may also be integrated into IBT sessions, but because Introspective Breathwork requires more time and energy, it has a slightly different rate structure.

Where do we meet?

For IBT: Do I need prior experience with breathwork?

Not at all. You don’t need to know anything about breathwork before coming to a session. I’ll guide you every step of the way and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. This work is about meeting you exactly where you are—no preparation required.

What do I need to know before my session?

When you schedule your appointment, you’ll receive more detailed information—but here are a few key things to keep in mind:

- Dress comfortably in clothes that allow you to lie down and move with ease.

- You’ll remain fully clothed throughout the session.

- Avoid eating a heavy meal beforehand. A light snack is fine, but try not to arrive on a full stomach.

- Plan some integration time afterward. A walk, quiet rest, or time in nature can help you process and ground after the session.

What if I get emotional during the session?

That’s welcome here. Emotions are a natural part of the healing process, and you're in a safe space to feel whatever arises. I’ll be right there with you, offering grounded support and presence without judgment. You’re never alone in what comes up, and you’ll be guided in how to move through it gently and safely.

How will I feel afterward?

Everyone responds differently, but most people feel lighter, calmer, more connected, or clearer after a session. Some feel energized, while others may feel tender or reflective. The integration process continues even after you leave, which is why I encourage extra space for rest, reflection, or time in nature if possible.

Is our time together confidential?

Yes. Everything that takes place during our time together is completely confidential. As a licensed healthcare provider, I adhere to HIPAA standards of client confidentiality.You’re entering a space where you can be fully yourself—seen, heard, and supported without judgment or outside pressure. Your privacy is deeply respected, and your healing journey is held with care, integrity, and trust.

What is a Soul Frequency Session?

A Soul Frequency Session is a deeply intuitive, energetic experience guided by your body, soul, and subtle energy field. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, receive intuitive reflections, or simply rest into the energy as it moves. Sessions may include multidimensional healing, past life resonance, ancestral insight, or soul remembrance—each one unfolds uniquely based on what you're ready to receive.

Do I need to believe in past lives or spirit guides for this to work?

Not at all. These sessions meet you exactly where you are. You don’t need to have any particular beliefs—just a willingness to stay open, grounded, and curious. Whether you experience energy shifts, deep emotional release, or simply a sense of calm and clarity, your experience will be uniquely your own.

What might I feel during a session?

Some people feel subtle shifts in energy, others may receive clear insights or emotional release. It’s also completely normal to feel relaxed, spacious, or even uncertain at times. There’s no “right” way to experience this work—it’s about tuning into what’s true in your body and energy.

Will I be able to ask questions or share during the session?

Yes. These sessions are co-created and client-led. You’re welcome to ask questions, share impressions, or stay quiet and receptive—whatever feels most supportive. Some clients speak throughout, others drop fully into the energetic field. There’s no pressure or performance, only presence.

Is this like a psychic reading?

Not exactly. While intuitive guidance may arise, this isn’t about predicting your future or telling you what to do. It’s about reconnecting with your own inner wisdom, and creating space for what your energy field is ready to reveal, release, or remember.

Can this session be combined with other modalities?

If you’ve booked a Soul Frequency Session, we’ll focus on the energetic and soul-level work. If you're looking for more physical integration, you might choose to book CranioSacral Therapy or Introspective Breathwork separately—or we can discuss an integrated series through a package.

Aftercare: Supporting Your Integration

After any session—whether Introspective Breathwork®, CranioSacral Therapy, or Soul Frequency—it’s important to create space for integration. Your system has just done powerful work. Here’s how to support it:

What to Expect

You may feel clear, calm, and deeply connected—or tender, tired, and emotionally open. Insights or sensations may continue to surface for hours or days after your session (including in your dreams). All of it is normal. Your body knows exactly what to do.

Gentle Aftercare Practices

  • Drink plenty of water to support energetic and physical release

  • Rest if you feel tired or sensitive

  • Spend time in nature (barefoot if possible)

  • Take an Epsom salt bath or warm shower

  • Sip calming herbal teas (like chamomile, tulsi, or lemon balm)

  • Journal what arose—emotions, images, insights

  • Meditate or simply sit in stillness

  • Avoid overstimulation (screens, social media, crowds) if you feel raw
